The Party

There is a party that one can attend.
No one is invited. Except for the Host.
Though, often, a "guest" speaker arrives.

What kind of party is that you might ask?
Well,
I think you already know...

Pity party!
Pity me, woe is me, I think today I will feel sorry for myself type of party..
we all I believe know about "Pity Parties"

I have had such a blessing most recently,
and G-d has been in the forefront,
leading and guiding those involved.
One day, during this most blessed event,
I listened to the "guest" speaker at this party,
and by the end of the party, I was an emotional wreck,
and forgetting all that G-d promised me.

G-d!! My G-d!! How could I forget who started this blessed event?

Forgive me Father G-d,
for again, I slipped up,
and I listened to the author of lies.

Thank You Father, G-d, for drawing my attention back to You!
Thank You Father, for loving me so much, that the lies, were just that,
LIES! from the enemy, and through my sight, being restored,
You, L-rd, have turned everything back, to the rightful places,
and everything that was in Your Plan, came through,
just as You Promised me.

I won't promise no more Parties, Father,
But, I have learned once again, that you are in charge,
and You do as always, follow through.
